Lineage Verification

This page is the new lineage intake for Black Belt and Moon Head claims. Discord identity is captured with OAuth first, then the claim goes into the manual review queue with the user ID, username, and display name attached automatically.

How It Works

Connect Discord, submit the claim, then wait for review.

Step 1

Connect Discord

The page captures the Discord user ID, username, and display name automatically before the form opens.

Step 2

Submit lineage details

Provide your name, home gym, lineage coach, notes, and Moon Head location if you are claiming Moon Head.

Step 3

Manual approval

Staff review the queue, approve or reject the claim, and manually apply `Black Belt` and/or `10th Planet Moon Heads` if approved.

Add the Discord OAuth client ID and secret in the app environment, then this page can capture Discord identity automatically.
